Hi there
         I wish to welcome you to the cobrateam website.

Cobra team is made out of a bunch of friends that play airsoft.What is Airsoft i hear you say? Here is a quick run down:-

Airsoft is a military simulation game similar to paintball.   It costs a lot less to play, it hurts less and the guns used are replicas of real guns such as the AK47, M16, M4A1 and H&K MP5.

The guns fire small balls (bb's) up to 600 a minute up to a range of 30 metres.   The bb's do not break up or leave coloured marks. The guns are powered by batteries,gas and springs they are very reliable.

Games are based around assaulting and defending depending on their teams objectives that they have to try and achieve. The games played encourage the use of teamwork to get the objectives completed. In most games when you are hit you are only "dead"for a short period of time before being allowed to rejoin the game.

Marshalls are provided to maintain fairness and safety.

Facemasks are required but they do not steam up as a thin wire mesh is used to protect the eyes. you can also use safety glasses as well.

The team is growing all the time and we all have ranks and roles to play within the team )The team is made up of 3 sections.

THE CORE PLAYERS The main team that the rest are built around.This is the team that goes to all the airsoft events.

MINI COBRA TEAM This is for the kids of any team members. We do organise events so that the kids can play their part with the rest of the team .

And there is the =

THE PINK ANGELS DIVISION These are made up from the female's from the team apart from cobra 3. They play along side their sub section's and do not play on their own.

We mostly play at THE FORT which is ran by AIRSOFT WORLD(formerly airsoft scotland) .But we will also be playing at other site's in the uk. All details will be on the newsletter.

There is a gallery set up so we can post pics on it and so you can see us in action and some video clip's to see as well. We now have a FORUMS/GUESTBOOK up and running so you can let us know if you like our site or just to chat to the team or each other(YOU DONT NEED TO REGISTER TO USE THIS).it is moderated!!!!
